Mail your broken component to our Adelaide lab. We can work with multiple fragments to recover the original geometry.

Digital Reconstruction

High-resolution 3D scanning captures the OEM dimensions. We then optimize the file in CAD, thickening stress points to prevent a repeat failure.

Solid-Core Production

Your replacement is printed in industrial PETG and shipped back alongside your original pieces.
